Greg Hutchings is the first certified Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) trainer after LeSS authors Craig Larman and Bas Vodde. With over 25 years' experience in IT, he has developed a strong expertise in product development and the organization of innovative companies.
He started out in Silicon Valley startups, then held management positions at Thoughtworks in the USA and Valtech in France, both leaders in agile. Today, he is the founder of Amelior Services and specializes in agile and digital transformations, offering LeSS and Innovation Games™ training.
